BlazeForge provides professional digital and online services. Exact scope, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon before commencement.

1.2 No Guarantee of Results

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not guarantee specific financial, ranking, or performance outcomes unless explicitly stated in writing.

1.3 Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information

• Respond promptly to requests

• Ensure they have rights to any materials supplied

1.4 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

• BlazeForge retains ownership of tools, frameworks, and methodologies

• Clients receive a non-transferable licence to use delivered work upon full payment

1.5 Payments

• Payments must be made as agreed

• Late payments may result in service suspension

• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated

1.6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, BlazeForge shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service.

1.7 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if terms are breached, payments are overdue, or unlawful use is detected.

1.8 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
